Develop and refine your own playbook and strategies, motivate players all the way through practice and games to maximize their success, and oversee a full staff of assistants and coordinators that can assist you run the team. Players will scout each opponent and devise special gameplans for every game. Call the entire shots, from preseason training camp, practices and games.
