AV Express wall plates are made out of high quality corrosion resistant gold plated brass connectors. 100% Brass 24k gold plated knurled binding posts prevent oxidation often found in other low quality wall plates. High quality 5 way binding posts are utilized on the front and back connections to insure long life reliable connections.
These speaker wall plates are designed to be used with banana plugs, spades or bare wire. Banana plugs have 3/4″ spacing for use with dual plug adaptors for a quicker and easier installation and removal. Binding posts accepts up to 12 AWG wire. No soldering required. Hex molded indents to prevent spinning of binding posts when tightening.
