AV Express wall plates are made out of Top of the range corrosion resistant gold plated brass connectors. 100% Brass 24k gold plated knurled binding posts prevent oxidation regularly found in other low quality wall plates. Top of the range 5 way binding posts are utilized on the back and front connections to insure long life reliable connections.
These speaker wall plates are designed to be used with banana plugs, spades or bare wire. Banana plugs have 3/4″ spacing to be used with dual plug adaptors for a quicker and easier installation and removal. Binding posts accepts up to 12 AWG wire. No soldering required. Hex molded indents to prevent spinning of binding posts when tightening.
