The 4506 can also used to expand the range and give a boost to the data rate of a mobile broadband connection.. Just place the 4506 and attached modem or smarttphone where a cellular signal is best, normally near a window. The Model 4506 then completes the local connection to client devices with a robust wireless-N signal. Up to 253 client devices can share a mobile broadband Internet service with a range of up to 330 feet. Over 450 3G or 4G USB modems, Android phones and make a selection iPhones (iOS 6.0 and earlier) are supported as cellular data devices.
